FBLA is the high school division of Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, Inc. FBLA helps high school students prepare for careers in business through academic competitions (FBLA Competitive Events), leadership development, and educational programs.

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is the largest and oldest business student organization in the world! Students in FBLA learn business and leadership skills through fun activities, interactive workshops, and motivational speakers. FBLA members participate in community service activities, work together to plan and organize events, compete in business competitions, and attend local, state, and national conferences.

If you are interested in developing leadership, communication, and team skills, or simply looking for an organization to meet and network with others at North Paulding, in the State of Georgia, or across the nation, then FBLA is the organization for you!

My name is Kaitlyn D'Arienzo, and this is my 3rd year in FBLA. FBLA has become my home, and I love the people that it attracts. My goal is to expand the club and help more people find what they are passionate about. It has helped me become more confident as a person, and helped me improve my communication skills.
